Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 25 of the St. Andrew's Alumni Constitution, that the 76th Annual General Meeting of the St. Andrew's Alumni will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Saturday, 22 May 2010 at the Centre of Excellence (CoE), St. Andrew's Secondary School, 15 Francis Thomas Drive Singapore 359342. AGENDA 1. Address by President, SAA 2. To confirm the Minutes of the 75th Annual General Meeting held on Saturday, 23 May 2009. 3. Matters arising from the aforesaid Minutes 4. To receive and, if approved, adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts 5. To receive and, if approved, adopt the President’s Report for the year 2009/2010. 6. To appoint an auditor for the year 2010/2011 7. Any other business of which notice shall have been given in writing at least 7 days prior to the AGM. 8. Report from St. Andrew's Village An Overview of SA Junior, SA Secondary Schools and SA Junior College by the respective Principals.
