The boys of St Andrew's has setup a new website.   Village Online is an online community newspaper produced by students of St Andrew’s Secondary School, Singapore, as part of the Journalism-In-Curriculum Programme.

Happy Father's Day!

It's also that time of the year when you fulfill another important duty as a Parent concerned with his child's admission to St. Andrew's Junior School (where else)!!

Recently we mourn the loss of a true Saint, the late Mr. Tan Teck Meng. He was a loyal Saint and for several years, he has made his quiet presence at most St Andrew's functions, especially our rugby matches, using his photographic skills to record the events.

The Singapore Scout Association assesses the programme and achievements of Scout Units annually and recognises Scouting excellence through the award of the Frank Cooper Sands Award.  I'm pleased to inform you that the Cub Scout Unit of St. Andrew's Junior School has again been awarded a Gold Award for 2008. This is our 4th consecutive Frank Cooper Sands Gold Award.

Many of us have vivid memories of Harry Tan as the Principal of St Andrew's School.  Gauging from the responses to the announcment of his passing in Facebook, it is obvious that he has left a large imprint on many Saints.  Many of them shared their heartfelt emotions and memories of him when he was their Principal.  He was, indeed, larger than life.
